Description:The T&OC Enterprise Learning & Development team is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Professional and Career Development Leader who thrives in fast-paced technologically innovative environments and enjoys bringing new ways of thinking and learning into LM. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Learning and Skills Transformation within the Enterprise Learning & Development branch of HR Talent & Organizational Capability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop a new Professional & Career Development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, speed, and agility while driving high standards for accountability and performance.
• Design and implement a marketable learning strategy aligned with the evolving needs of our organization, factoring in industry shifts, emerging trends, and current & future learning technologies.
• Build and scale a robust learning vendor strategy that enables business value, simplicity, awareness, and cost effectiveness while addressing upskilling priorities and managing enterprise learning vendor licenses.
• Define, monitor, and continuously improve key metrics and KPIs to ensure measurable impact and to drive accountability for commitments and key deliverables. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• In strong partnership with Functional Leadership, drive the creation of professional development solutions and Talent Communities (Communities of Practice) that measurably enhance business performance and elevate the employee experience across the enterprise.
• Build lasting relationships and partnerships across LM to ensure alignment with business strategy and company strategic objectives.
• Continuously explore and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, to improve team performance, workflow efficiency, and innovation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements, and proactively recommend new tools or processes.
• Experiment with and adopt AI-powered tools to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and generate insights.
• Promote a culture of curiosity, learning, and experimentation within the team.

Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree
•Experience successfully driving enterprise learning projects in complex, global environment.
• Demonstrated strong presentation skills and executive presence
• Experience consulting with senior audiences and a diverse set of technical experts and vendors
• Leadership experience in human resources, talent development, or a related field
• Exceptionally strong facilitation skills across a variety of formats (i.e., CoPs, design sessions, workshops) both in person and virtually.
• Successfully demonstrated ability to champion and drive adoption of new ways of working
• Continuous learner and open to feedback and coaching
• Comfortable experimenting with new tools, especially AI technologies, and integrating them into day-to-day work.
• Passion for AI’s potential in the future of learning and strong influencing skills to help move the needle on impactful AI use cases
• US Citizenship is required due to systems access

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $128,400 - $222,640. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
