Summary:

The Client Services team at Translations.com (TDC) is seeking a goal-oriented, energetic and talented individual who has a passion for problem solving. The role of the Program Manager is to lead the development and implementation of the infrastructure of enterprise accounts across the various TransPerfect companies. The Program Manager will lead and facilitate initiatives across the entire global account team including members of Sales, Client Services, Production and Technology Solutions & Architecture. The Program Manager will develop and ensure adherence to the overall account framework and objectives.

The Program Management team member’s main focus is on developing and implementing the infrastructure at the Global Account Level bringing together all teams into a consistent and unified approach. Program Management team members will be the thread that links all the disparate groups and initiatives together. They further develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at the client as it relates to the development and implementation of our technology and service offerings. Program Management team members work closely with our internal department managers and team leads regarding non-project-specific initiatives such as quality programs, feedback methods, technology initiatives and account level financials such as profitability and forecasts. Program Management team members focus on global account level infrastructure and PMO reporting, oversight and documentation. They monitor and audit the account across the teams to insure efficiency and
compliance. Program Management team members scope and implement technology solutions and provide oversight working closely with the Account Management team to ensure Global Account level objectives are being met
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own and formulate the service delivery for new and existing global enterprise accounts across geographically dispersed clients and TransPerfect teamsBuild and implement processes to execute our solutions in order to achieve client goals and objectivesConsult on and lead specific tracks of work for larger complex projects or initiativesIdentify, track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide internal and client facing, status reportsEnsure adherence to Master Services Agreement (MSA), Service Lead Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Execute and ensure compliance with all Program Management Operations (PMO) requirementsCollaborate with Sr. Account Management team members and sales in building overall revenue plans including annuals forecasts and budgetsManage communication around program status and planningProvide training and adoption of established technologies for internal and client teamsDevelop and manage existing and new client relationships with key client contactsOversee the on-boarding of new accounts and client relationshipsDevelop and facilitate meeting presentations both for internal teams and for external clientsInnovate for continuous improvement to enhance organizational excellence, mitigate risks and drive growth

Your experience includes...

You have superior written and spoken communication skills in English.You have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university.You have 4-5 years of experience in program or account management with a minimum of 1 year in program management.You have 3-4 years of Localization Industry experience.You have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). You have hands-on experience with localization platformsYou can multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build relationships with clients and co-workers, work independently and as part of a team and take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service.You can work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and challenging goals.

A plus if you have...

You have knowledge of a second language. You have experience using MS Project.You have Six Sigma certification or experience and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) experience.You have experience managing teams. You have hands-on experience with GlobalLink tools.
