Program Manager Imagine One Technology Lexington Park, MD (Onsite) Contractor **Job Title: Program Manager** **Job Code: 16334115** **Job Location: Lexington Park, Maryland** Imagine One Technology & Management is currently assembling a contingent team of experience to support NAVSEA 06-Naval Special Warfare (NSW) (PMS340) Professional and Engineering Support Services Division. We are seeking a **Program Manager** to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) 06-NSW (PMS340) and the extended NSW enterprise, including various Naval Special Warfare Commands and other special joint U.S. military operations in support of the following (not an all-inclusive list): + Manned and unmanned undersea systems, both dry and wet + Air, ground, and undersea unmanned systems + Manned and unmanned ground vehicles + Manned and unmanned surface systems + Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence systems (mounted, dismounted, and personal systems) + Small arms, small arms ammunition, and automated gun mounts + Air Operations, to include Premeditated Personnel Parachuting and Cargo Airdrop (P3), helicopter rope suspension systems, aerial delivery of platforms from military aircraft + Visual Augmentation Systems for personnel and small arms weapon systems + Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear personal protection + Combat Diving, to include navigation, underwater breathing apparatus/diver life support, communications, personnel/thermal protection, situational awareness tools + Personnel Protection Equipment + Technology Development, Maturation, and Insertion + Life cycle support of Deep Submergence Systems-Scope of Certification (DSS-SOC) systems, to include design, modification and sustainment. **Experience/Educational Requirements (Desired):** + Graduate degree in business or management related disciplines + Project Management Professional (PMP) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) PMP and/or DAWIA Level III PM certification or 15 years of PM experience + Eight (8) plus years of demonstrated work experience supporting acquisition programs related to Special Operation Forces (SOF) and/or Naval Special Warfare (NSW) systems and equipment + Prior service, military, or civilian, within any component of US Special Operations Forces (SOF) **Experience/Educational Requirements (Required):** + Undergraduate degree in business or management related disciplines or 15 years of demonstrated engineering or program management experience with minimum of 10 years in a supervisory role. + Ten (10) plus years of demonstrated work experience in Program Management in support of DoD Program Manager (PM) Office, Program Executive Office, or equivalent. + Five (5) plus years of demonstrated work experience supporting Naval Special Warfare (NSW) and/or SOF in resourcing, acquisitions or contract management related positions + Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products/ services, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint **Security Requirements:** + U.S. Citizenship required + ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI clearance required **_Imagine One offers a full package of benefits and competitive salary, excellent group medical, vision and dental programs. 401K savings plan; $4K annual tuition reimbursement ($5K if pursuing Master’s degree); employee training, development and education programs; profit sharing; advancement opportunities; and much more!_** **_Imagine One is an Employee-Owned Business_** **_ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 27001:2013_** **_CMMI Development Level 3_** **_Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd., is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
