Summary:

We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager to join our team and provide invaluable support to the Army National Guard Strength Maintenance Division, Data Analyst Support Services contract. This role requires strong leadership, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and standards.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the HRR Data Analyst Contract, overseeing all aspects of contract performance, deliverables, and compliance.Lead and manage a diverse team to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of contract objectives.Develop and implement innovative strategies to meet contract deliverables, including identifying and addressing potential challenges and risks proactively.Establish performance goals and objectives for team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Division, to ensure alignment of contract deliverables with organizational goals and priorities.Implement quality assurance processes and measures to ensure that all aspects of the contract meet established standards and requirementsIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project timelines and deliverables.Maintain open and transparent communication with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership to provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and challenges. Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

Knowledge of military accessions policies, procedures, and regulations.Demonstrated experience leading and managing diverse teams, including remote workers.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.Experience with Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school Diploma or GEDMinimum 5 -7 years of relevant experienceProven experience as a Program Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in government contracting or related fields.Prior experience with Army National GuardMust be a US citizen.Active Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldPMP certification
