What You Will Do:

Management of a large-scale program, encompassing multiple projectsTasks may include planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out small and large-scale programs in support of an agency’s missionManage the overall success of the program, customer satisfaction, and the adoption of our provided servicesManagement of staff and development of new capabilitiesDeep diving with the customer to understand how the program will be usedProviding hands on support to new projects Briefing client leadership Establish communications and deployment plans

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's DegreeEight (8) or more years’ experience designing/managing small- and large-scale programs using both Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologiesAbility to obtain public trust clearanceProject Management Professional Certification (PMP)Experience supporting the Veterans Intake, Conversion, and Communication Services (VICCS) program

What Would Be Nice to Have:

An active public trust clearance Master’s degreeExperience supporting federal enterprise systems including governance, development, and operationsExperience managing and developing robust client relationshipsExperience growing and building a sale pipelineExperience running agile projectsExcellent communication skillsExperience in change management

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
