Program Manager – DAS

Sobey Networks, a Boingo subsidiary, is looking for an experienced Program Manager with experience managing the buildouts of DAS in a variety of venues, including military and campus-type buildings. The Project Manager will lead the cross-functional, launch, lifecycle and change management of network buildouts, product, channel and partner requirements. The typical starting base pay for this position is $114,000 to $142,400 per year, plus 5% bonus potential. 

 Responsibilities 

Work cross-functionally with field engineering, quality assurance, product management, marketing, operations, business development, and professional services through the network buildout and project lifecycle Coordinate with third-party clients, developers, customers, and business partners Successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects using project planning techniques and software through all phases of the project lifecycle Assess project risk factors and recommend appropriate courses of action to mitigate Lead and manage recurring partner requirements, service levels, reporting, change management quality assurance and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) including formal reporting requirements and meetings

 Requirements 

10+ years working experience as Program or Project Manager for consumer product projects in the telecommunications industry  Assume responsibility for driving and delivering multiple projects and releases for cross-functional team  Demonstrated ability to understand technical aspects of network deployment, software development, product management and lifecycle operations  Experience managing capital for multi-million-dollar project costs and expenditures Exceptional account management experience of large partner / enterprise organizations
