Our client is is a leading application Engineering Consulting firm in the Washington, D.C. metro region specializing in Management Services, Technology Solutions and Facilities Services. They partner with and assist Federal, State and local government agencies; private sector Energy Services Companies (ESCOs); and Commercial entities in the design and implementation of their various Engineering and Technology related projects. Additionally, they are able to leverage an engineering team with proven technology industry experience that resulted in multi-million-dollar contracts within federal government, state & local government clients!
Responsibilities
Our client is looking for a Senior Programmer Analyst .NET Core Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, encoding, analyzing complex software requirements, and designing and developing high-quality components using the .NET Core framework. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively engage in both technical and business discussions.
Develop applications and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular JS, Node.js, CSS, and BlazorDesign and develop using appropriate software design patterns to attain high reusability and maintainabilityWrite effective unit tests and integration tests to ensure high-quality software deliveryGain in-depth knowledge of system design patterns, tiered architecture, and testing practicesUnderstand key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT functionWork with project business and system analysts to clarify the requirements and then implement themParticipate in Agile SDLCRequirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience with .NET Web Application DevelopmentMinimum of 10 years of experience and fluency with JavaScript including frameworks like jQuery, React, Angular, or Blazor, and CSS3 and HTML5 experienceMinimum of 10 years of experience with Automated Builds using Microsoft Team FoundationMinimum of 7 years of experience with PL/SQL and using Oracle Database, Process Automation, and TroubleshootingMinimum of 3 years of experience with Agile SDLC best practicesEducation/Certification Requirements
