Programmer/Analyst 3 (Critical Skill) Design new systems or tools in different environments that solve business needs or problems and complementary processes that support the business. Systems are in supporting processes that span several areas. May conduct training to business users. Minimum of 5 years of experience. Programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C + +, MVC, VB, NET, C #, SQL, Oracle (scripting), Content Manager, Middleware and operating systems.
