The Project Coordinator will be joining the Citys Public Safety team coordinating projects at the Combined Transportation Emergency and Communications Center (CTECC). All projects at CTECC involve a number of organizations and the selected project coordinator will be responsible for engaging those organizations to ensure needed work is completed according to schedule. You will be working with various groups to lay out timeline, identity scope, and weigh out issues/risks. Keeping project stake holders informed is also important to ensure their operational plans arent impacted. Attention to detail, good writing skills and experience with risk and issue management are expected of candidates.
