Job Responsibilities

Create and provide production reports in SharePointCommunicate and manage construction teams, updates on work completion and status for inspection and constructionOversee and lead complex cross bore program data analysis and reporting projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risksDevelop and maintain cross bore safety protocols and proceduresMaintain accurate records of cross bore inspections and findingsCollaborate with regulatory agencies and industry organizations on complianceLead cross bore inspections and field investigationsUtilize software, analytics, and automation tools for data analysisProvide administrative support for cross bore program initiatives

Additional Details

Experience as a Project Coordinator, Program Manager, GIS Analyst / ManagerAssociates or Bachelors degree in related fieldIntermediate SharePoint and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently with very little directionExperience providing construction administrative supportManage multiple contractors completing on-site construction and inspections daily
