Job Title: Project Coordinator/ Planner

Location: Herndon, VA- Hybrid

About the role:

BSI is hiring an Americas QMS Planner (Regulatory Services) to plan and communicate compliant audit schedules for each of our Regulatory Services stream clients. Our QMS audit program supports clients in demonstrating they meet the required regulatory framework for the manufacture of their products. This enables our clients to demonstrate quality and gain access to world markets.

In your role you will drive the performance of business in the Americas region, working collaboratively with our delivery teams to ensure a proactive and efficient service to our clients. Working in a dynamic team environment and through best planning practice you will support revenue generation and increased profitability, whilst keeping within strict regulatory requirements.

Americas QMS Planner Responsibilities:

Monitor, resource and plan Medical Device audits; gaining commitment from our clients, using excellent customer service and persuasive skillsTo keep accurate records of audit planning activity using our ‘workflow system’ and ensure timely completion of inbound workflow actionsTo manage your assigned territory to maximize the performance of our audit delivery, through planning, supporting the co-ordination of auditor training and collaborating with other teams in the business.  To undertake activities according with BSI policies, procedures and protocolsTo maintain all external and internal databases as required by the businessSupport the local sales team for pre-sales planning activitiesKeep up to date with regulatory changes that affect the planning activities for our clients, and manage any transitions or upgrades to new regulations

​To to successful in this role:

Computer knowledge with Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience with SAP or Salesforce is a plusStrong written and verbal EnglishPreferably strong written and verbal ability in either French, Spanish, or Portuguese

The salary for this position is $55,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
