Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Estimator in Juno Beach, FL. Job Duties & Responsibilities: * Project Estimator will prepare capital cost estimates * Review designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggests alternatives when appropriate * Coordinate and interface on a regular basis with other departments to ensure communication and understanding of proposal/project objectives and the most efficient and productive utilization of resources * As a Project Estimator, you will review layouts, designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggests alternatives when appropriate * Remains current with technology and industry evolution to assure that project capital estimates anticipate the correct market conditions * Establish, build, and implement metrics for costs
