Project Management Senior (Hybrid- 3 Days in Office)

The Freddie Mac Single Family Seller Engagement team is seeking a Project Management Senior to help drive the strategic prioritization of credit, technology, pricing, and other change requests on behalf of our customers and partners.

Our Impact:

Our Team is responsible for leading our Single Family integration of Policy, Technology, and Offerings to deliver customer wins, support Single Family strategy, and build a competitive advantage in the market.

Your Impact:

Reviewing all customer requests from across Single Family Acquisitions and ensuring those requests progress through the appropriate change management lifecycles.

Creating impact in the organization by building a case for policy and technology changes, with an emphasis on enhancing customer experiences.

Applying knowledge of key customer problems in advancing changes that address those concerns and align with our strategy.

Partnering closely with Freddie Mac Single Family stakeholders and customer facing Seller Engagement team members to find opportunities to improve the selection, design, execution, and adoption of changes.

Drive customer facing transparency and internal readiness through the collection of key info, development and publication of roadmaps, and creation of internal facing resources such as implementation guides.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or related academic/professional background (Information Technology, Business Administration a plus)

5-7 years of experience with growing accountability in customer-facing or customer-impacting roles.

Experience supporting establishing or running governance, intake, or planning processes (roles managing changes to customer-facing processes and systems a plus)

Leadership and executive level interaction and partnership with functional/business unit leads

Familiarity with different development life-cycles and methodologies as well as business analysis and requirements (Plus not required)

Highly proficient in common knowledge-worker tools (Office, Teams)

Flexible and able to work under limited direction and independently determine and develop approach to solutions. Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to adjust to support Seller Engagement.

Ability to drive engagement and seek compromise across groups (sense of humor and enthusiasm helpful)

Comfortable under pressure and thrives in an environment with changing priorities.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $97,000 - $145,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
