Due to growth we are adding a Specialty Implementation Project Manger to our team!

 

The Project Manager, Specialty Implementation (SIPM) is a highly motivated professional with at least 3 years of successful client implementation experience. The SIPM is responsible for leading the effort to implement new patients. This position oversees all aspects of the project planning, monitoring, and controlling processes. The SIPM is responsible for the coordination and completion of the implementation and to this end will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing project progress.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team? 

Prepare for and facilitate Kick-off Meeting for the purposes of requirements gathering and discovery, some travel may be requiredAssist client with facilitating any impact analysis to best determine the appropriate requirements to ensure a smooth and successful implementationEnsure all requirements are documented in the standard project templates and tools and that any necessary approvals are receivedCreate and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for project monitoring purposesContinuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the project and report back to internal management, subject matter team members, and the Client using standard status reporting formatsAssist with escalating client issues, patient issues, project issues, etc. through direct support or through the support of the stakeholders and subject matter experts assigned to the projectProvide go-live support either through remote access or internal on-site access. This may require working on January 1st of each year and other non-business days as neededFacilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the client and stakeholdersOther duties as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related areaProject Management certification (i.e. CAPM or PMP) is preferredMinimum of 3 years of client implementation and/or project management experienceParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
