Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Project Manager to support our vision of becoming the best water consulting firm. As part of our team, you will work on projects related to municipal water and wastewater treatment plants, including but not limited to major treatment plant expansions, regional water quality studies, and critical water reuse projects that will create sustainable and resilient water supplies for the world.

Responsibilities Manages the successful execution of water and wastewater utility projectsApplies acute technical and project delivery knowledge to advise clients throughout the project life cycle and meet or exceed budget, schedule, and quality goalsLeads and oversees project teams in the planning, design, construction, and/or commissioning of projects of various sizesSupervises and coordinates the work of staff engineers, drafters, technicians, and others who assist with specific assignmentsPrepares reports, technical memoranda, specifications, and cost estimatesMaintains a culture of effective communication among project teams, clients, partners, and other stakeholdersPartners with local business development teams to identify project opportunities and assists with proposal preparation, including project scopes and cost estimates Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering10+ years of water project experienceExperience delivering and managing water treatment, water transmission/distribution, water storage, groundwater wells, and master planning projectsRegistration as a Professional Engineer in California (or the ability to obtain it through reciprocity within 6 months of employment)Experience in the design and construction phase of small, medium, and large sized water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations, and quality standardsStrong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teamWorks well in a team environmentAbility to deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Environmental EngineeringDesign and construction phase experience Pay Range

$140,000 to $210,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
