**Summary**
Join our team! Chenega Naswik International is looking for a Project Manager to manage a security guard force for a government customer in the Northern Virginia area. The **Project Manager (PM)** will control and manage the overall administration of the security contract.. The **PM** shall ensure that: (1) the goals and objectives of the project, and (2) problem resolution and customer satisfaction are accomplished within prescribed times and funding parameters.

**Responsibilities**
What You'll Get To Do:
+ Manage on-site employees across multiple sites throughout Northern Virginia, ensuring contract compliance and meeting customer needs
+ Responsible for implementing the Contractor’s Quality Control Plan and ensuring that the Contractor’s workforce complies with the contract requirements.
+ Oversee quality control of contract deliverables.
+ Available to receive and implement Post or General Orders (or instructions) from the Government that affect the work, operations and services performed by the contractor's workforce.
+ Responsible for interfacing with organized labor and complying with the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement.
+ Responsible for interviewing and hiring of employees on contract.
**Qualifications**
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
+ A minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience to include: project development and implementation from inspection to deployment; expertise in management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms; and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task Contracts or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
+ Bachelor’s degree in any field of study or have substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military or business management experience.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Nice to have:
+ Knowledge of FPS directives pertaining to security operations
+ Knowledge of current issues, trends, laws, regulations, and technologies
+ Ability to provide recommendations, as needed, to the COR regarding security weaknesses and vulnerabilities.
+ Skill in satisfactorily dealing with customers.
+ Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.
