Summary: Seeking a Project Manager with a focus on Healthcare, K-12 schools, and Industrial construction projects to lead full-cycle development and execution.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or related field.

OSHA 30 Hour Construction Standards Outreach Program certification.

7-10 years of experience in managing construction projects immediately.

Experience with industrial and/or healthcare construction projects preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate software.

Familiarity with Sage Estimating and TimberScan software is an advantage.

Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong mathematical skills including arithmetic and algebra for problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and direct activities concerning construction projects alongside superintendents or field engineers.

Establish project objectives, policies, procedures within company policy and contractual specifications.

Maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities.

Oversee project progression through administrative direction to meet budgetary and scheduling targets.

Address serious situations swiftly with corrective measures.

Engage actively in project meetings and strategic discussions representing the company's interests.

Manage the requisition of supplies and materials for project completion.

Communicate plans and contract terms effectively to staff, workers, and clients, ensuring clarity on deliverables.

Generate reports on work progress, cost control, and scheduling to inform stakeholders of project status.

Coordinate with General Superintendent for worker allocation across sites based on project needs.

Contribute to the training and development of Field Engineers.

Note: This role requires travel to variable job site locations as necessary.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
