Responsibilities

 

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Project Manager in Fort Meade, MD.  Qualified candidate must have an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with a CI Poly.  

 

General Support:

Acts as the overall lead and administrator for a contract directly supporting the government customer.Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues.Oversees contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning, and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support effort, monitoring, and reporting progress.Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements.

Specific Support:

Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with the customer on technical program/project and contract administration issues. Coordinate with the customer to ensure personnel are adequately assigned to individual efforts to ensure successful completion of program requirements.Ensure all notifications and submissions to the Government for review or approval in the program are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.Ensure employees requiring additional certifications, training, security clearances, agreements, and all other personnel documentation in performance of this contract meet these requirements in a timely manner.Coordinate with the customer to promptly address and correct any performance issues. Qualifications Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility with a CI Poly.Bachelor’s Degree and fifteen (15) years of professional experience in project/program  management preferrable in cybersecurity or information assurance, and five (5) years of experience overseeing cyber operations or Department of Defense operational testing. PMP Certification requiredExperience in running a program with software, configuration control, test and evaluation, systems integration, and systems supportability.Experience in initiating and maintaining technical direction within broad program objectives directly related to hardware and software, configuration control, test and evaluation, systems integration, and systems supportability.Knowledgeable of acquisition policies and procedures.Demonstrate the ability to work with large and diverse teams and the ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort such as program.management, cybersecurity, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management. Business Development

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time. Travel Requirements
