Currently we are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Leading the creation of the program plan and taking ownership for the execution of the planEnsuring delivery of high quality solutions against strategic plansProactively monitoring progress, resolving issues and managing inter-dependencies between other work streams of the program; including other regulatory/industry programs that may be impactedEnsuring the appropriate scheduling of program deliverables to meet the plan in conjunction with IT and other relevant business areasNegotiating priorities as necessary and escalating issues appropriately by understanding the most effective path towards resolutionCollaborating and communicating with third parties, executive sponsors, senior management stakeholders and partner groups in particular the supported business function to ensure that all initiatives are efficiently managed and deliveredBuilding credible, trusted advisory relationships with the key stakeholders at all levels of the organization and also third partiesDelivering regular progress reports which present a concise, accurate status of the program, ensuring a consistent status is communicatedFollowing standard criteria, practices and reporting for clients and partners that utilize general Operational Client ConsultingCarrying out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issuesDisplaying a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity

The preferred candidate should demonstrate a fair amount of the following qualities:

Demonstrated experience managing large and complex program implementations with multiple systems involvedExcellent communication skills including verbal, written and non-verbalPrior experience successfully managing multi-million dollar budgetsPrevious experience working with vendors and 3rd party providersDemonstrated analytical skills that includes problem solving and risk mitigationExcellent negotiation and conflict management skillsDemonstrated experience creating program KPIs (key performance indicators) and managing a program's strengths and areas of improvement against those guidelinesPrior experience managing a team where performance management includes constructive feedback and identifying developmental opportunities to team members
