The ro le you’ll contribute:

The Project Manager will provide project management and support for AdventHealth’s West Florida Division Strategic Planning Department. The core responsibility is to ensure the successful execution of division projects and requests by ensuring smooth and effective workflows and meeting established deadlines. They also serve as a primary point of contact for cross functional projects and requests; manage relationships and expectations with cross functional teams.

The project manager will help develop project timelines and manage request calendars based on strategic prioritization, planning and resource utilization. In addition, will assist with the Strategy team’s calendar and meeting schedule, including the Chief Strategy Officer.

This role is cross-functional as it works closely with our facilities across AdventHealth West Florida Division.

The val ue you’ll bring to the team:

· Navigate all projects through the appropriate approval process.

· Maintains paper and electronic files of all correspondence, documents, reports, and other materials.

· Maintains and updates Outlook with current information.

· Displays high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines.

· Provides necessary logistics for meetings (internal and external) such as agenda, facilities, catering, accommodations, and technical equipment.

· Prepares, edits and distribute reports, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, organizational charts and other documents.

· Ensure all correspondence and documents have a professional appearance and organized in a clear, concise and professional manner with correct grammar, punctuation and spelling.

· Arranges travel for assigned executives and coordinates schedule.

· Manages difficult and demanding situations timely with tact and calmness while promoting peaceful resolutions

Qualifications

T he expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

· Business Associate’s degree in public relations, business, marketing or communications required. Bachelors’ Degree preferred.

· 3- 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting or management experience.

· Two years of experience in one or more of the following: process improvement, project management, or related experience.
