About The Role

Key Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality project programs for tenders, live projects, and all construction phases. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and advise stakeholders accordingly. Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Create short- and long-term resource allocation plans based on team input. Manage changes in project scope, update programs accordingly, and develop justifications for extensions. Compile project data and ensure clear communication to all parties involved. Prepare and present regular project reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate project schedules with the support of the project team. Relevant degree in engineering/construction or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Project Planner, ideally with operational experience (e.g., site engineer/agent). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of engineering principles. Strong time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
