Corgan is actively recruiting dynamic Project Specialists to join the firm as part of our Data Centers market sector. The firm is currently working on innovative and challenging projects throughout the U.S. and is pursuing new opportunities overseas. Our firm offers unique opportunities for growth by offering a wide range of project responsibilities and team leadership roles.

 

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual seeking progressively more responsible assignments on a variety of projects.

 

Responsibilities include:

Assisting on full life cycle projectsGenerating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a projectTranslating concepts and information into imagesParticipating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutionsAssisting with contract administration responsibilitiesCoordinating with a variety of consultants

 

Qualifications

Qualified candidates already exhibit these strengths and talents:

Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is requiredPursuing architectural registrationInternship experience or some professional experience is desiredRevit proficiency strongly preferred. Experience with other 3D software is a plus.Exhibit strong organizational, design, detailing, teamwork and communication skillsAbility to collaborate in a diverse project teamStrengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and communication skills are also desiredStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsFlexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential
