About the position: Essential Position Duties: * Develops project specifications. * Reviews reports and data. Provides analysis, summaries, and resulting action plans. * Exchanges information and resolves issues with multiple internal departments and/or outside organizations over a variety of project related issues. * Provides leadership, support and advice in order to successfully complete projects. * Analyzes current practices/procedures and makes recommendations/decisions for change. * Maintains records with appropriate supporting material. Updates records as necessary. * Performs related work as assigned. * Regular attendance in the workplace is required for interaction with others and to support teamwork. Knowledge and Skills: * Applies a fundamental knowledge of subject matter. * Possesses strong verbal/written communication skills * Possesses strong project management skills including, but not limited to: * Planning and organization * Attention to detail * Leadership * Coaching * Developing and tracking budget * Process improvement About the schedule: This position is 1st shift About you: * A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred * Previous project management experience is preferred About the total compensation package: Salary - $52,000 - $66,800 per year.
