Seldin Company is seeking a Property Manager at Prairie View Kearney apartment community in Kearney, NE. This is a tax credit and HUD mixed property with 97 units. This position will pay up to $53,000 annually, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do

 

The Property Manager will serve as the supervisory position with authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement and monitor business operations of the property.

Leadership and team developmentSolid judgment and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail with a high degree of accuracyExcellent verbal and organization skillsBudget and financial reporting knowledgeTwo years of management experienceThree to four years of property management experienceAssociates or Bachelors degree in any field or industry certifications will be considered.
