Provider Development Director

Infusion for Health is a referral-based infusion center that services all providers in multiple locations in California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Colorado, and Missouri. Our center is unique and offers individual comfortable private rooms for our patients. Our mission is to provide exceptional service in the administration of infusion therapy in a comfortable, patient-focused environment by providing exemplary professional clinical care.

Our company is continuing to grow and we're looking for a Provider Development Director to manage our infusion centers in Los Angeles area. 

Position Summary

The Provider Development Director (PDD) will manage Infusion For Health’s provider development, relationships, sales and marketing for the Santa Monica, Glendale and Beverly Hills area. The ideal candidate will have a background in the healthcare or health services industries, and experience collaborating with healthcare providers. This position is home-based and has the potential for up to 75% travel throughout the territory.

The PDD will develop and manage relationships with strategic high-volume physician practices that refer patients needing infusion treatment, offer Infusion For Health's services, and provide assistance and support to assigned physician practices and staff. The ideal candidate will be able to establish new relationships with practices, educate physicians and their staff about Infusion For Health’s services, and support these practices in referring their patients. In addition, he/she will partner with Infusion For Health’s care coordinators, marketing, and care success managers to evaluate and continually improve the effectiveness of how Infusion For Health supports providers.

The PDD will also develop, execute, and report to management on sales development plans that includes performance on key metrics, resources required to drive growth, and investments needed to improve efficiency. Additionally, he/she will work with a broad spectrum of partners in the care process including, pharmaceutical representatives, local health plans and IPAs, and health systems.

Responsibilities

Meet with targeted physician practices to assess practice referral patterns, educate staff on Infusion For Health Services, and secure new patient referrals.Determine top provider targets, execute activities to engage, and establish strong relationships with these providers.Monitor ongoing performance of practices and identify ways to grow referral volume and document success and report results to management.Manage relationships with key high volume accountsProvide feedback to Infusion For Health marketing and operational teams to continually improve patient and provider engagementAssist Manager in community engagement and outreach programs to grow brand awareness in the local marketAssess provider reports, lead development and implementation of action plansIdentify, document and collaborate with teammates on best practicesMeet and exceed quota and goals set by manager

Qualifications

Strong presentation skills and experience working with physicians' offices.Health industry experienceMinimum 3-5 years of experience in salesB.A. degree in business, healthcare, finance, or related fieldAbility to develop and execute action plans for key accounts with minimal direction required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and organizational skillsGoal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed quotas and goalsAbility to work collaboratively to continuously improve patient and provider engagementAbility to effectively manage relationships with assigned strategic practices and keep accurate records of all activity for reporting purposes.


The pay range for this role is expected to be $80,000 - $85,000. Additionally, the role is eligible to participate in an incentive plan with an $75,000 uncapped bonus potential. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
