QC Chemist Science & Research Trenton , NJ, US Pay Rate Low: 26.00 | Pay Rate High: 30.00 + Added - 03/05/2024 Apply for Job **Responsibilities** + Perform routine and non-routine chemical analysis tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products following established protocols and SOPs. + Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and specifications. + Utilize analytical instruments and techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy to conduct tests and analyze samples. + Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results. + Support investigations into out-of-specification results and deviations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods. + Monitor and document laboratory activities, including sample preparation, testing, and data analysis, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field. + 2+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory. + Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and regulatory requirements. + Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
