JOB SUMMARY
Monitors and ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards across the various divisions/modalities of Radiology. Manages and coordinates the multiple and various accreditation (ACR, MQSA, etc.) processes across the department. Investigates Be Safe reports and leads efforts develop opportunities for improvement and problem resolution. Provides effective leadership to quality improvement teams / work groups and a wide variety of clinical operational teams. Models’ effective communication and collaboration skills / behaviors. Takes action to achieve measurable results. Supports innovation and organizational change to improve effectiveness.
Develops talent and coach’s peers and others to develop their capabilities. Manages within approved budget. Applies knowledge of functional areas to effectively manage operations. Holds staff accountable for meeting external and/or internal customer needs.
Communication: Demonstrates effective interpersonal communications skills.
Engages in active listening, asking questions when appropriate. Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations when requested. Effectively uses various technology communication methods to keep stakeholders informed of progress of projects and/or issues. Maintains good working relationships and rapport with project stakeholders, as well as internal and external clients and or vendors.Teamwork: Seeks opportunities to increase business satisfaction and deepen relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years clinical experience in Radiology/Imaging required. Additional 3 years of progressively more experience preferred
