Role Overview:

 

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Quality Analyst to join our team. As an Outbound Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of product before it is shipped to our customers.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect all outbound materials and orders; notify the warehouse manager/ production lead of all discrepancies. Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records. Read specifications to understand the requirements of products for all programs as needed Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner Assist the production team as needed Serve as a backup person for Incoming Quality Analyst.
