As the Quality Supervisor you will be responsible to lead the QA Associates to ensure the production of high-quality products at the lowest cost, while meeting the demands of our customers.
Job Related Functions and Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in QA testing and record-keepingOversee and enforce proper sanitation and housekeeping proceduresMonitor all Coca-Cola, Federal and State communicationsAssist operations management with process equipment and product/package troubleshooting and innovationResponsible for overall safety of personnel within the departmentSafeguard departmental & organizational compliance with company policies and procedures.Education and Requirements
High School, General Education DiplomaBachelors’ Degree PreferredMinimum 3-5 Years’ experienceAdditional Skills and Technical Capabilities
Keen knowledge of the principles of manufacturingWorking knowledge of national, state, and local regulatory requirements in the areas of food safety, safety, environment, and emergency management.Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices-CFR21Proficiency in MS Office Suite applicationsKnowledge of HACCPSkills:
Pay Range:
$105,000 - $129,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
15Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
