Element has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team, located in Santa Rosa, California. The (QA) Specialist ensures the cGMP system is effectively maintained.
Responsibilities Maintaining SOP system development and revision program under the supervision of the QA ManagerAssisting in all QA operationsActing as a designee of QA ManagerPerforming receipt, quarantine, and release testing on Raw and Cleaning Materials per established proceduresProviding assistance during cGMP audits conducted at the facility by clients and regulatory agenciesDeveloping, review and approval of Standard Operating Procedures and all other cGMP documentationReview of executed batch records, validation, qualification, stability protocols and reportsEnsuring that quality-related investigations are properly conducted and resolvedEnsuring that internal audit requirements are metApproval of contract laboratories and vendorsEnsuring proper documentation maintenance Skills / Qualifications Analytical experience/background, preferredBachelor’s degree in chemistry or technical fieldcGMP training including FDA and ICH guidelinesStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to write and/or type large volumes of information with excellent attention to details#LI-TK1
