Bonney Staffing has partnered with a local company that produces molded polyurethane components used in many ways to include footwear, medical equipment supplies and helmets for athletes and military.

The Quality Control Tech III job in Lewiston, Maine is responsible for performing work in process (WIP) and part incoming quality control (QC) inspections. Responsibilities will include Review, file, and maintain process and product quality records with good documentation practice (GDP) and perform characteristic and visual inspections on work in process product to determine if within specification.

Quality Control Tech III Qualifications: 

High School Graduate or equivalent Able professional office and manufacturing environment. Use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier/scanner and filing cabinets. Infrequent travel may be required Experience with precision measuring equipment Quality Inspection Certificate a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills required. 2-3 years of related experience; experience in manufacturing. Working knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) methods is a plus. Familiar with visual inspection with or without a microscope or other magnification devices. Experience working in a product development environment. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel; EPDM, ERP Internal auditing experience is a plus.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 40 hours a week Pay Rate: $18.50 - $22.00 Start Date: ASAP
