The Quality Coordinator is responsible for all clinical Quality Metrics and Care Gaps associated with Randolph Health Medical Group.  This position reports to and supports the Quality Manager, and the Clinical Director in monitoring clinical guidelines of governmental and regulatory agencies, insurance companies, and Accountable Care Organizations. Other responsibilities include working with Practice Managers, medical, and clinical staff around quality initiatives in the practices, maintaining OSHA and Facility Safety programs.  Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and staff both verbally and in writing.  Knowledge of clinic operations and quality performance. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a stressful environment.  Current and active NC RN or LPN License or CMA Certificate.  Minimum 3 years’ RN or LPN experience or 5 years’ CMA experience. Previous experience working with quality metrics, quality goals, and OSHA preferred.
