Quality Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in manufacturing environments to lead quality projects and resolve issues.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or supply management in a manufacturing environment.

Experience using standard quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and Statistics.

Ability to lead projects with minimal supervision to aggressively solve quality issues.

Proficiency with MS Excel; SAP experience is a significant advantage.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Field preferred.

Experience with Machining, Welding, and/or Assembly Engineering.

Knowledge of Farming/agricultural equipment.

Understanding of Supplier Quality and Non-Conforming Material processes.

Familiarity with Shipping/Receiving and Purchase Orders.

Responsibilities:

Investigate quality issues related to products and processes; gather and analyze data for root cause determination; document findings in NCCA system; implement corrective actions.

Communicate defective parts to outside suppliers and coordinate with the shipping department for returns.

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
