Quality Improvement Manager
Daniels Health is on the search for natural leader with a passion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency, which is why we've opened the doors for a Quality Improvement Manager to join our national support team. This role will encompass a national focus on facilitating cost savings and continuous business improvement, especially in systems and processes relating to service excellence, productivity, quality, safety and environmental compliance.What you will doAnalyze processes including partnering with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities, present ideas, make recommendations, and implement changes to further business goalsManagement of specific projects as directed by Senior LeadershipCoordinate internal communication forums for field-based and office-based employeesContribute to operational efficiencies in order to reduce costLiaison between local plant team and support office personnelPost-acquisition implementation and training of Daniels Health proceduresImplement, train, manage and enforce health and safety systems, policies and proceduresProducing regular reporting to key internal stakeholdersCandidate Profile 5 years of experience in a leadership positionExperience in Manufacturing, Waste management  or Service industries is preferred but not requiredProven success in root-cause analysis, continuous improvement and change managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to meet deadlines and targetsExcellent project management skillsFlexible and adaptive approach to changeTeam player who can build partnerships in cross functional teamsExperience creating SOP’s and training materials
