In this role you will be responsible for the inspection of printed circuit boards / assemblies (PCB / PCBAs), verification of electrical, electronic, and electromechanical (EEE) components, and cable assemblies. To be considered for this role, you will have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience including a minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB/PCBA inspection required. Quality Inspector (PCB/PCBAs) Job Duties: * Inspection of printed circuit boards / assemblies (PCB / PCBAs), verification of electrical, electronic, and electromechanical (EEE) components, and cable assemblies. * Inspection using calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, and VMMs (Vision Measuring Machine). * Documentation of inspection activities using electronic information systems, written logs, and labels. * Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvements of inspection methods, inspection plans, and internal quality procedures and processes. * Assist with the resolution to internal/external nonconformance using root cause, corrective action, and 8D methodologies. * Assist in data analysis and reporting of department metrics as required. * Drive scheduling of day-to-day processes; ensure timely and accurate turnaround. * Other QC duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: * H.S. Diploma or equivalent required. Associate"s degree in a technical field preferred. * Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience including a minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB/PCBA inspection required. * Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management Systems. * Experience with microscopic visual inspection. * IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 certification. * Proficiency with reading engineering documents, CAD drawings, and detailed work instructions. * Experience with ERP and PLM software systems.
