**Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist – Leasing Operations**

**About the Role:**
Adecco is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client’s Leasing Operations team as a **Front Desk Receptionist** . This position plays a vital role in managing the front office and ensuring smooth daily operations. As the first point of contact for all visitors, this role is central to creating a welcoming and professional environment.
**Position Summary:**
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for the professional and gracious management of the leasing area. This includes greeting all visitors, managing phone calls, and supporting the leasing and maintenance teams with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service while balancing multiple office support responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Visitor and Phone Management:**
+ Greet and announce visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
+ Maintain consistent presence at the front desk while delivering excellent customer service.
+ Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate office personnel.
+ Provide information to callers, relay messages, and handle general inquiries.
+ Maintain a professional and clean appearance of the reception area, lobby, and entrance.
**Mail and Office Coordination:**
+ Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages promptly.
+ Stay informed of all special events occurring in the office or at the property.
+ Communicate effectively with the maintenance team and relay messages as needed.
**Administrative Support:**
+ Assist with data entry, word processing, and mailings to residents.
+ Conduct internet research as assigned.
+ Create and distribute tenant information flyers.
+ Operate all standard office equipment efficiently.
+ Support Leasing and Maintenance staff with overflow projects and general office tasks.
**Performance Metrics:**
+ Prepare professional documents including memos, letters, and financial summaries.
+ Deliver high levels of internal and external customer service aligned with company values.
+ Manage inquiries effectively and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
+ Demonstrate commitment to safety, quality improvement, and organizational compliance.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
