Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Admin to join our team. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Perform basic administrative and documentation tasks, including data entry and filing

Support general office administration, such as coordinating office supplies, handling mail, and assisting with clerical duties

Maintain a welcoming and well-organized reception area
