Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to support our location in Texas. The Recruiter will utilize sourcing strategies and applicant tracking software (ICIMS) to identify potential candidates, handle onboarding tasks, assist in new hire orientations, and perform regular check-ins with new employees to resolve issues and reduce attrition rates.

ResponsibilitiesUtilize sourcing strategies and applicant tracking software (ICIMS) to identify potential candidates.Source applicants and enter them into ICIMS.Onboard new hires by following up on tasks, checking compliance, completing paperwork, and ensuring timely progress through the process.Assist in new hire orientations as needed.Perform regular check-ins with new employees to resolve issues and questions, aiming to reduce attrition rates.Essential SkillsMinimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in hourly/blue-collar roles.Experience working with internal hiring managers.High school diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.Customer service skills.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing/production/automotive recruiting is a plus.High-volume recruiting experience.Self-starter with initiative.Experience supporting a manufacturing or production company.Proficiency with ICIMS or any ATS.Experience recruiting for industrial/manufacturing/technical skill sets.Previous experience in a performance-based environment (meeting goals, commission roles, etc.).Work Environment

You will work closely with a Talent Acquisition team of six others, along with an HR Generalist and HR Manager. The role is integral in helping launch a new site in Texas, outside of Waco. You will be expected to work 40 hours a week with flexible 8-hour shifts. The environment is dynamic, requiring patience and flexibility to manage a high volume of candidates and backlogged tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
