Summary/Objective: Lippert is hiring a Recruiter to support our fast-growing organization! We’re seeking someone who loves the hunt, knows how to strategically find the most qualified talent around, wherever they may be, and has the skills to build long-lasting relationships. This recruiter will support several teams within Lippert including Corporate and Operational roles across the United States. The ideal candidate must be able to successfully manage high volume of applicants and close searches against a specified timeline. Duties and Responsibilities: Effectively manage high volume applicant pipelines and close offers. Successfully lead recruiting strategies to deliver timely results on behalf of our business clients. Manage job postings on internal and external sites Maintain ATS data integrity Strengthen our employer brand by providing a best-in-class candidate experience for candidates across our network of offices and manufacturing centers Have a results-driven approach to recruiting, developing and improving our sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates. Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives as needed. Working Conditions: Primarily working indoors, office environment. May sit for several hours at a time. Prolonged exposure to computer screens. Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The Team Member may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, salaried position. Expected hours of work are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, overtime and weekend work is possible. Travel: Travel will be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day. Qualifications: 1+ years of manufacturing, corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including full life cycle. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. Bachelor's degree Preferred Education and Experience: Experience working in a high volume, high hiring bar environment. ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates. Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills. Strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision. Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
