Recruiter - National Roadshow Program

Manage all aspects of recruiting and hiring for the Zwilling J.A. Henckels National Event Roadshow Program in partnership with Event Sales Leadership.  

Primary Responsibilities:

Sourcing of Roadshow / Event Sales Representatives in a creative, adaptable and unique manner resulting in time to fill improvements.  Posting of event sales openings for roadshows throughout the United States based upon current needs ensuring all job posts are up to date. Completing initial phone screens with candidates to assess skill-set and fit for event sales representative / roadshow sales positions Administering candidate video interview program that provides event sales leadership with clear comprehension of candidate abilities. Presenting qualified candidates in a timely and efficient manner to Event Sales leadership ensuring timeliness of process.   Partnering with event sales leadership to monitor current and future staffing needs, scheduling of interviews and processing of new hires. Attend and present updates on recruiting status during weekly cadence meetings with the Recruiting and Event Roadshow leadership. Continually evaluating and researching candidate sourcing tools.   Maintaining accurate reporting and forecasting for staffing needs, candidates in process, and new hires. Strategizing on creative methods to source candidates as well as finding additional networking opportunities to prospect for additional candidates. Manage full cycle recruiting process including interviews, background checks, offers, and onboarding. Manage all candidates through our Applicant Tracking System building and reinforcing strong candidate relationships.

Qualifications 

Previous experience with roadshow, event and /or field sales required (at least 2 years event sales or roadshow sales experience is preferred). Roadshow, Event Sales or Field Sales recruiting experience highly preferred.  Bachelors of Science or Arts degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to set priorities. Understanding of EEOC interview regulations. Ability to work independently. Must be driven and focused.

Compensation includes both a highly competitive base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 plus hiring bonuses. This is the minimum and maximum annual salary that Zwilling J.A. Henckels as the the employer in good faith believes to be accurate at the time of the posting.
