Recruiting Manager
All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with VITAS Healthcare Corporation’s policies, procedures, guidelines, contractual commitments, and governmental regulations.
• Lead, develop and inspire excellence for a team of recruiters supporting multiple levels in various disciplines (corporate, sales, clinical) to consistently exceed KPI Metrics • Manage your own portfolio of position openings for which you source, interview, assess and hire talent in support of business needs.   • Closely partner with Sr. Director of Recruiting to steer and support recruitment strategy.  • Use experience, external data, and internal data to benchmark our practices and identify emerging trends for consideration. • Analyzing current market trends for recruiting methods, staffing trends, and competitive wage information to support our strategy.  • Assist with temporary staff recruitment; liaise with temporary staffing agencies; coordinate placements and onboarding. • Analyze recruiting data and create a cadence of report delivery (standard and ad hoc) on companywide activity. • Engage in the development and facilitation of training for hiring leaders and recruiters on best practices. • Serve as a primary back-up to the Sr. Director of Recruiting during absences or on an as needed basis. • Oversee activities to attract, evaluate, and select candidates for open positions and future pipeline development. Proactively source talent through key VITAS programs, platforms, and tools.  • Ensure established recruitment processes, policies and procedures are followed in filling open positions efficiently and effectively. • Lead regularly scheduled meetings with hiring teams to provide updates, insight and develop targeted sourcing and recruitment strategies. • Supervise staff as first-level leadership implementing plans of action, deadlines and KPI measurements Consistently review recruiter and team scorecard performance to KPIs, provide feedback to employees and coach for improvements where needed. • Adhere to standardized procedures for all VITAS Recruitment to drive focus and improve efficiencies and share solutions and ideas.   • Provide feedback regarding personnel actions such as new hire requests and discharges, to ensure proper staffing. • Attend meetings, training activities, courses and all other work-related activities as required. • Conduct performance satisfaction surveys with hiring managers  • Performs any other job-related duties assigned as required. 
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Experience: • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a recruitment role to include corporate and field based recruiting. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruiting team leadership role, preferably in healthcare.    • Excellent knowledge of regulatory practices involved in the recruitment function.  • Working knowledge of ATS systems (Oracle preferred).   • Experience identifying, managing, and positively impacting staffing metrics. • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through influencing, partnering, and developing productive relationships with hiring leaders across the business. • Track record of driving process improvements. • Excellent data and analysis skills; proficiency with Excel and PPT or equivalents.  • Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously.  • Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.   • Ability to navigate within automated systems and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Demonstrated track record of leading team in an engaging environment maintaining high productivity and results.  • Ability to utilize and administer the disciplinary action process through coaching and counseling to improve performance or terminate employment.
Education:  Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred Certification & Licensure: SPHR, PHR, or Professional Recruiting Certification preferred.
