Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Regional Efficiency and Excellence Administrator, supporting our Brightli Medical Group President and Regional Leadership Team across the Brightli system in Missouri. This high-profile position offers a unique opportunity for someone with excellent organizational skills, project management expertise, and a passion for process improvement.

The Regional Efficiency and Excellence Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring efficient organizational operations. They excel in organizational skills, project management, project planning, team management, implementation, and project design. Additionally, they are skilled in researching laws and regulations, coordinating training sessions, and leading process improvement initiatives.

We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from eager young professionals to those with an MBA and Six Sigma certification. ***Key Responsibilities***

Project CoordinationAssist in planning, organizing, and executing team initiatives.Coordinate project timelines ensuring timely completion and deliverables.Collaborate with team members for project success and on-time, on-budget completion.

Software ProficiencyUtilize Project Management Software for efficient operations.Generate and analyze reports as needed.Support implementation of new programs and software.

Process ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities.Collaborate with leadership for workflow enhancements.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices

Legal ComplianceStay updated on state laws and regulations.Conduct legal research for accurate and timely updating of policies and procedures.Contribute to policy development aligned with legal and state requirements.

Training FacilitationDeveloping instructional content and leading training sessions.Ensure timely distribution of training materials.

***May also perform other administrative duties as needed.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of related experience preferredStrong project management skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills

Successful completion of background checks, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checksCurrent driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insuranceExcellent organization, time management, and verbal/written communication skillsProficiency in computer applications, including Project Management Software, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to work with a dynamic leadership team and adapt to changing prioritiesPersonal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the organization's mission
