Travel: Daily travel required. Limited overnight travel required. Attendance at various business and management conferences may be required.

 

Scope of Responsibilities: Responsible for sales initiatives and prescriber outreach. Assists in the training and development of subordinate staff, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. Relies on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

Visit doctor’s offices and other practices to educate them on Noble Health Services and our patient care programs and services Responsible to develop a system to effectively, and continually identify prospective new clientsDevelop appropriate sales initiatives, including cold calls, direct mail, phone/internet contact, and office visitsMaintains and develops professional relationships with doctors and others in the health service professionsProvide communication, written and verbal, to Facility Management about service concerns and issues at the various customer locationsMaintain consistent follow through on all reported customer concerns and report to managementProvide various customer service programs as requested (i.e. training, in-services)Responsible to maintain an awareness of developments in the Pharmacy and Health Care Services fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrates them into own practiceMaintains confidentiality regarding all patient informationFacilitates communication between professional staff and pharmacy personnelAssists in meeting or exceeding budgetary sales guidelines and operating the pharmacy within said guidelinesInterface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications

Education:

BS preferred

 

Special Conditions of Employment:
