Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized engineering firm specializing in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to join our team.  This person will report to our Arlington, Virginia office, but could also be seated in our Nashville, Tennessee location. The Regional Marketing Manager leads of a team of Marketing Coordinators and Graphic Designers in support of regional business development goals and building Carollo’s brand with external clients. This includes proposal, statements of qualifications, and interview development; proposal process management; scheduling; resource allocation; and supervision and mentoring of regional marketing staff. This role requires excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills; excellent leaderships skills; ability to anticipate challenges and overcome them using innovative thinking; and awareness of industry trends and developments and their application within Carollo.

Responsibilities Assists and collaborates with Business Development Managers, Office Managers, and pursuit leads on marketing and business development efforts for the regionLeads proposal process development and management, scheduling, resource allocation, and pursuit strategy/messaging and developmentManages/participates in hiring of marketing staff for the regionSupervises and mentors regional marketing staffStays up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and disseminates this information to team membersProvides review/quality control of submittals and marketing materialsCoordinates high-level to strategic-level pursuitsAssists with writing and editing technical proposal sectionsWrites and edits non-technical proposal sectionsLeads interview preparation, including storyboarding, rehearsal coordination, presenter coaching and coordination with external vendors/teaming partnersLeads client account analysis and win planning sessionsParticipates in business development meetings with Business Development Managers and Client Service ManagersContributes to opportunity tracking and business development elements of revenue forecasting and proposal strategy developmentManages the CRM database within the region and maintains standardsMonitors and supports outside marketing activities, including conferences, open house events, and trade shows Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Design, Visual Arts, or related field10+ years of related experienceAbility to manage multiple deliverablesAbility to anticipate potential problems and offer solutionsExcellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skillsVery strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skillsAbility to delegate tasks and coach other marketing staffProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office productsKnowledge of industry, sales, and marketing processDemonstrates and performs leadership principlesTeam player Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of previous AEC industry experience strongly preferred Other Compensation and Benefits
