Registered Behavioral Technician - Full Time

Deliverable/Responsibilities:

Implement Positive Behavior Support Plan (PBSP) and ABA-based interventions Guide and support staff with implementation of PBSPs Assist with preparing appropriate data collection forms Collect, enter, and graph ABA data (Descriptive and quantitative) Assist with completion of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)- Observations, data collection, staff    interviews, and data graphing Conduct preference assessments Conduct and assist with ABA skill assessments for students Provide guidance with implementing token economies and classroom-wide reinforcement systems Assist staff with crisis intervention techniques Lead or assist with leading crisis event debriefs Support and model implementation of preventative and de-escalation strategies Coach, support and assist staff with implementation of ABA interventions and data collection using Behavioral Skills Training (BST) or elements of BST  Model the values and ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB and Soaring Heights Schools Model and promote the use of a positive behavior intervention supports system Participate in relevant meetings Participate in RBT supervision sessions Meet requirements to maintain RBT status in accordance with BACB regulations

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma/Equivalent is required. The new hire, will also need to have or obtain their Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
