Job Description:

Full-time Days

Provides appropriate medical nutrition therapy to patients, including assessment of nutrition needs, prescription for adequate feeding, monitor for effectiveness of oral, enteral and/or parenteral intake and nutrition counseling.Provides continuing education, consultation and guidance related to nutrition care of patients to healthcare team members and to food and nutrition service staff.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:

Bachelor of Science in DieteticsRegistration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic AssociationKentucky State licensure
