Position Qualifications

Minimum Education: Registered nurse with a valid Indiana State RN license. As of May 1, 2016, Colleagues hired with an Associate’s Degree must enter into a BSN program within 12 months of hire and earn their BSN from a NLN or CCNE accredited program within 3 years of beginning their BSN degree. Minimum Requirements: Valid Driver’s License. Current auto insurance and access to automobile. Preferred Education: BSN Minimum Experience: One-year Med/Surg experience Preferred Experience: One to two years Homecare/Hospice experience Certifications Required: Healthcare Provider CPR certification Certifications Preferred: Hospice- CHPCN. Homecare- MedSurg, OASIS
