Job Summary

Actively uses the nursing process in goal-focused patient care, demonstrating accountability as an individual and team member.

 Synthesizes information from a variety of sources to develop and implement and individualized collaborative plan of care.

Documents the actions taken to address the plan of care. Works closely with the care team to coordinate patient activities for complete patient continuum of care.

Provides timely, continuous, age appropriate, collaborative assessment and preparation of patients and families for the next level of care.

Provides and documents nursing care to patients of all ages.

 Act as a mentor and coach to other nursing personnel

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing in South Dakota.  BLS, ACLS and TNCC certification within one year of employment. Previous experience in medical, surgical or pediatric nursing helpful.

Work Schedule

Hours: 6:45pm-7:15am including every other weekend and holiday; PRN 

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$31.00 - $46.50 per hour
