We strive to foster an environment that embraces our employees' unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives which drives our exceptional, patient-centered care. **What You Can Expect:** The RN will work alongside a team of psychiatrist and mental health therapist that are trained to provide compassionate psychiatric and behavioral health care services.The RN will assist with clinical triage, de-escalation/resolution for crisis calls (common) & walk-in patients (rare), conduct assessments, care coordination with patients and providers, provide peer support to PAS and MAs, perform injections and POCT, and participate in process improvement projects or pilots. _Schedule:_ + Four 10-hour shifts per week (Monday - Thursday) or + Five 8-hour shifts per week **Qualifications:** + Education: Nursing Degree + Experience: 1 years' experience + Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice **Preferred Qualifications:** + Previous experience in psychiatry and/or behavioral health **What’s in it for you** At St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission – and this includes our own SLHS team.
