The Registration and Title Clerk job in Hampden, Maine is responsible for processing trailer registrations, keeping track of customer files, as well as providing excellent customer service and reviewing and processing paperwork. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to perform basic office tasks, operate Google Suite, TRIO Registration program and a 10 key. You will also perform duties such as being responsible for tracking data to provide the accounting team. This is a full time, temp to hire position.  

 

Registration and Title Clerk Qualifications: 

High School Graduate or equivalent

Basic knowledge of office equipment, and Google Suite

Working knowledge of Maine’s Registration Rules and Regulations pertaining to trailers

Notary experience helpful but not required

Motor vehicle training is to be completed within a reasonable time frame

Must be self motivated and have the ability to perform work efficiently

Solid communication skills written and verbal

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Must be able to lift, reach, bend squat, climb and sit for long periods of time

Office casual attire 

 

Required Skills: 

Solid registration of trailers experience 

Solid Customer service and office skills 

Must have working knowledge of the registration program TRIO

Ability to process BMV reports

 

Registration and Title Clerk Details: 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $18-22/hr DOE

Start Date: ASAP
